With in-person services able to resume, there are a raft of updated procedures I am implementing to keep my clients safe. This page will provide you with clear information on all the steps I'm taking as a practitioner to maintain optimal hygiene, along with the requirements for you as a client interacting with my services.

What are the requirements for clients attending appointments?
- When you book your appointment, you will be asked to select the date and time of your in-person appointment.
- Following this, you will receive an electronic screening form and contract to be completed as soon as possible.
- You will also receive a pre-appointment screening disclaimer for completion on the day of your appointment.
- On the day of your appointment, please come alone unless you require a support person.
- Please wear a mask to, and throughout your appointment. One will be provided if you have not done so.
- Please do not bring any bags other than the bare minimum of what you need.
- Please arrive at your appointment time.
- Please leave your shoes outside the Clinic before sanitising your hands.
- Please wash and/or sanitise your hands upon arrival at the Clinic.
- Ideally payment will have been made at the time of booking, but where this isn't possible, please use a card.
What can you expect from me as your practitioner?
- I have completed a thorough Risk Assessment prior to re-opening my Practice.
- I will be wearing a KN95 equivalent mask for each client.
- I will have a 30 minute gap between appointments to allow for cleaning and UV sterilisation.
- I will be using new linens laundered in a 90° hygiene wash for each client.
- I will have a sealed container for storing soiled linens until they can be laundered.
- Door handles will be sanitised with hospital-grade disinfectant frequently, especially between clients.
- I will be utilising essential oil diffusion for its anti-bacterial effect in the air, a practice utilised in many hospitals.

- A POSITIVE COVID-19 DIAGNOSTIC TEST
- A HIGH TEMPERATURE
- A PERSISTENT COUGH
- SHORTNESS OF BREATH
- CHANGE IN SENSE OF TASTE OR SMELL
- IF ANY MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD IS SELF-ISOLATING
- IF YOU HAVE BEEN OUT OF THE COUNTRY WITHIN THE LAST 7 DAYS
