This treatment blends a variety of global bodywork techniques that are specifically chosen to nurture, protect, and optimise your body’s readiness for performance. It is exclusive to The WellNyss Tree, personally designed by me to ensure that each performer’s physical and mental needs are supported with the best holistic care.

Performance Massage Brighton is a full-body treatment that combines hands-on and hands-free techniques to optimise your body’s physical preparation for any type of performance.

Our first session will begin with a full biomechanical consultation to understand the specific concerns and areas that require attention. For the hands-on portion, you will be lying on a massage table, and I’ll work around you to access the areas most affected by physical performance, occasionally asking you to change positions as needed.
Rebozo therapy is then introduced, where we’ll work our way from standing through various positions to a final lying-down phase, all while you remain fully clothed in soft, flexible attire. This part of the treatment promotes relaxation and deep release.
